Insurances Accepted

We accept all major insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid, United Health Care, Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Medical Mutual, Humana, Medigold, Workers’ Comp, Tricare, the VA, and lots of others.

Insurances NOT Accepted

We are not contracted with and, therefore, cannot accept CareSource, Molina, Buckeye, Medicaid, United Healthcare Community Plan (we do accept UHC Community Dual), Paramount, or other private Medicaid insurance HMO plans or replacement Medicaid plans.

We accept many other plans – feel free to check with

our office or with your insurance plan to verify whether Dr. Jamal Taha is contracted.
